Custom RAS systems and equipment are designed based on customer specifications. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on material costs, exchange rates, and shipping at the time of order confirmation.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or fraud concerns.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, shipping method, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Custom-manufactured equipment is generally non-returnable. Standard products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee.
